Support Ashland DEVO and youth cycling this Giving Tuesday.

This year, Ashland DEVO is kicking off the holiday season with a Giving Tuesday fundraiser in an attempt to raise $3000 for our DEVO Scholarship Fund.

Giving Tuesday is a global generosity movement unleashing the power of radical generosity. Giving Tuesday was created in 2012 as a simple idea: a day that encourages people to do good. Since then, it has grown into a year-round global movement that inspires hundreds of millions of people to give, collaborate, and celebrate generosity.

The cost of one rider participating in a year of DEVO programming is approximately $500. This increases to $750 for our 6th-12th grade team riders, not including travel for races. With a donation to our scholarship fund, you can help ease the burden for those that need it the most.

In 2020, DEVO awarded $1500 in scholarship funds to help families cover the costs of our programs. Anticipating growth and need, we are aiming to double our financial scholarship gifts in 2022. In addition, all donations made through PayPal’s “Seize the Season” event will receive a 1% increase from Paypal, with no fees, when using the supplied link below. All donations are tax deductible and you’ll receive a tax donation receipt with your donation from PayPal.

We hope you’ll feel motivated this Giving Tuesday and Holiday Season to help us fulfill our mission of inspiring wellness in our youth by building grit, resilience, and camaraderie through mountain biking.

Sincerely,

Casey Botts

Executive Director
